What the inquiry form collects
The form collects your name, email, company if supplied, project description, quantity, preferred timing and any drawing link you choose to share.
How those details are used
NAC3 uses project inquiries to assess the work, prepare a response and communicate about the project. Submitting the form does not place an order or enroll you in marketing.
Storage and providers
Inquiries are stored in a private directory on the business's hosting account. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate the site and may keep access logs, including IP addresses. A temporary one-way IP hash is used to limit repeated form submissions. Shareable drawing links are stored with your inquiry; provide only files you have permission to share.
Cookies and payment
This website does not use advertising cookies or collect payment information. Your browser and hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to load the site.
Questions or removal requests
Submit an inquiry with “Privacy request” in the project details and provide the email used for your original inquiry. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the project.
